Shipping Policy: We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping providers. 

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order. These charges will be displayed at checkout. 

Delivery: Once the products are delivered to the address provided by you, we are no longer responsible for any loss or damage. 

Return Policy: We accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 2 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, food items that have been opened cannot be returned. 

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 

Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.
